You have more problems if you want good rankings then changing php to html. Your site has makor issues that makes it not search engine friendly. But, I would not change the php pages but instead, begin to add html pages with your new content. The SE’s can read php just as easily as html, but with other web site optimization issues, you need to consider other changes as well to make the site seo ready
