Jzzy asked:
If you leave the content management of a site up to someone else… does it really hurt your SEO? Or does the person only have to be aware of the right key word usage in the text of that page?

Does anyone have any good advice?
Thanks!

no it does not..
The person who manages your content needs to know where to place your key words and how many to use. Over using them can hurt you, and so can placing them in the wrong place. You also need to make sure you are correctly using your meta tags, and make use of the alt tag on your pictures.
