I’m not aware of a class that is devoted entirely to blogs. I’d recommend taking classes in marketing and computer science. Your first stop will be learning HTML coding, you can find a free class online, then look at other blog websites. Create blogs on the sites out there, look at features, ask people why they use certain blogs over others.
